Ore Grinding Mill Slag Cement Vertical Mill
Ⅰ. The development and design technology and production and manufacturing technology of large vertical mills can be summarized as follows(ore grinding mill)
(1) Calculation of process parameters of large vertical mill system, calculation of working parameters of main engine equipment, system process configuration, product design and manufacturing, hydraulic transmission technology, automatic control technology, etc. A complete set of large vertical mills inside;
(2) The system heat balance calculation can be performed, and the fluid field calculation can be performed on the blowing ring in the mill, the surface of the grinding disc, and the blades of the powder separator;
(3) Established complete vertical mill manufacturing, assembly, inspection standards and specifications;
(4) The company has reached a high level in smelting, casting and forging, heat treatment, welding, and mechanical processing including gear processing, and has good conditions for manufacturing large-scale high-quality vertical mills;
(5) The material, casting, heat treatment, surfacing and processing technology of high-chromium wear-resistant materials have been mastered, and the products have been used in vertical grinding with good results.
Ⅱ. Large-scale vertical mill results(ore grinding mill)
The "LGMS4624 slag vertical mill" equipped with an annual output of 600,000 tons of slag grinding production line has been developed, and more than 30 sets of orders have been contracted, and more than a dozen products have been put into production and operation. The production capacity reaches 90-100t/h.
The "LGM5024 cement raw material vertical mill" equipped with a new dry process cement production line with a daily output of 5,000 tons has been developed, and several orders have been contracted, and several products have been put into production and operation. The production capacity reaches 450-480t/h.
More than 70 sets of "LGM5024 Cement Raw Material Vertical Mill" and "LGMS4624 Slag Vertical Mill" have been ordered.
In 2008, we developed LGM series slag vertical mill and cement raw material vertical mill, equipped with "LGM5426 cement raw material vertical mill" with a daily output of 6,000 tons of cement production line and "LGMS5725 slag vertical mill" with an annual output of 1.2 million slag grinding line, Raw material vertical mill and slag vertical mill have developed a series of products with various specifications.
Combined with the development of vertical mills, vertical planetary reducers with three specifications of MZL300, MZL370 and MZL480 can be supplied and have been put into use.
